Liners are welded by certified
thermoplastic welders and are bonded to the FRP. Products can be
used from -40 deg F up to 300 deg F and with special resins up to 450 deg
F.

Pipe, tanks, and process vessels can be
provided with a nonwoven or C-glass veil and a resin rich topcoat or
pigmented gel
coat. This exterior coating provides up to a 15 year protection
against weathering and mild chemical attack.
|
|
Process Piping Systems
Pipe is available with filament would
or hand layup structural walls. All FRP process piping has a pure
resin, reinforced FRP, or thermoplastic liner and can range in size from 1
inch in diameter to 24 feet in diameter. The full offering of liners
guarantees not only optimal chemical resistance, but also resistance
against erosion and solids build-up.
The internal surface finish provides a
smooth surface with less resistance to flow than conventional materials.
